What's included in the rate?
All rates include the room, access to shared spaces (pool, kitchen, living area, terrace), WiFi, air conditioning, and weekly cleaning. Utilities are included.
How do I get to Kin Haus from the ferry?
From Thongsala Pier, it's about a 5-minute scooter ride. We can arrange a pickup if you let us know your ferry time via WhatsApp.
Is there a minimum stay?
No strict minimum, but we recommend at least 3 nights to settle in. Weekly and monthly stays get discounted rates (15% and 40% off).
Can I rent a scooter nearby?
Yes, there are several rental shops within 5 minutes. We can recommend a trusted one. Expect to pay around 200-300 baht per day.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes. Stays of 7+ nights get 15% off, and stays of 28+ nights get 40% off. These are applied automatically when you book direct.
How fast is the WiFi?
Kin Haus has 500+ Mbps fibre internet with a mesh network covering every room and shared space. We also have a backup connection for redundancy. It's built for remote work -- video calls, large uploads, and streaming all run smoothly.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability -- just ask via WhatsApp.
Is Kin Haus good for remote work?
Absolutely. Kin Haus was designed for digital nomads and remote workers. Every room has a dedicated workspace, the WiFi is 500+ Mbps, and there are quiet indoor and outdoor areas for focused work. Many of our guests work remotely full-time.
How do I book directly?
Message us on WhatsApp at +66 63 803 4860. Direct bookings get better rates than Airbnb since we don't pay platform fees. We accept bank transfer and cash.
